Crafted by Master Distiller Enrique de Colsa and Lagavulin Distillery Manage Colin Gordon, this expressive tequila is the second release in a series of limited edition bottlings as part of the Don Julio Double Cask collection. Matured for 8 months and then finished for two months in carefully selected Lagavulin ex-whisky barrels, Don Julio Double Cask Reposado Lagavulin is bottled at 40% ABV (80-proof) and opens with a cascade of fire-roasted agave fruits, plumbs of smoke and butterscotch seasoned with black pepper.
