About the brand

It’s a story of two people – Michael Swanson and Cheri Reese – who returned home to find the authenticity of
a simple life and fulfill a deep desire to make tangible, artisanal products of unquestionable quality and
value. FOURTH GENERATION FARMERS The Red River Valley Swanson farm has been continuously farmed by

Nose - Vanilla buttercream new cut youthful oak sawdust cardomom? Taste - Certainly taste the youthful soul nibble in advance youthful oaky severe vanilla straightforward scorched cinnamon mouth drying cardamom sharp therapeutic clashing. Finish - Waiting youthful soul liquor consume/warmth gently oaky harsh softly unsavory therapeutic splenda zest. Score - 66/100 Last Musings - This felt like an extremely hurried rye. The shading on it was exceptionally light and I don't know whether my example had the cognac completing on it yet on the off chance that there was they most likely just indicated the soul the cognac barrel and called it done. Nose smelled unequivocally of recently made oak barrels and that excessively sweet yet ethanol new make. Tasted especially equivalent to well. Tasting Notes

Nose

A veil of vanilla and white pepper first. Behind this I detect earthy notes, root vegetables straight from the soil. With time hints of honey and red berries.

Taste

Medium to full body. Peppery and creamy honey. Real nice! A second wave provides unsalted peanuts, vanilla and notes of ginger. Red berries here as well.

Finish

Medium long finish. The rich, creamy honey lingers, the pepper does fade away though. It is now a little green in character - maybe a touch of the vegetables from the nose. Sawdust and nuts in the back.
