Founded by industry veteran and tequila master Carlos Monsalve, Grand Mayan Tequila is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Priding itself on producing high-quality tequila, the brand pulls from Monsalve's 20 years of experience within almost every branch of the tequila business. Having previously worked to launch several international tequila brands, Monsalve has dedicated this passion and drive to establishing Grand Mayan as a leading producer of the authentic Mexican spirit. Both Monslave Sr. and his son, Carlos Jr., are involved in every aspect of production to ensure each release of Grand Mayan exemplifies the quality and craftsmanship enshrined in the Monsalve family name. Presented in custom-made, hand-painted decanters crafted by local Mexican artists, Grand Mayan offers several varietals, including Grand Mayan Silver, Extra Aged, and Ultra Aged Limited Release - superior tequila matured for at least 5 years in American oak and French ex-cognac casks.
