Southern Tier

Launched initially as a brewing company, in 2015 founders Phineas and Sara DeMink and Allen “Skip” Yahn expanded their brewing company Southern Tier Brewing Co into the craft of distilling. Building a distillery right next to their brewery in New York, Southern Tier Brewing Co created a sister brand known Southern Tier Distilling Co. Now boasting a vast range of alcohol products including specialty rums, vodkas, gins and whiskies, Southern Tier Distilling Co has become renowned for creating innovative spirits such as their Pumpking Whiskey and Hooped Hop Flavoured Whiskey.
