Casa Dragones

Founded in 2009 by Bertha Gonzalez Nieves - the first woman ever to be certified as ‘Maestra Tequilera’ by the Academia Mexicana de Catadores de Tequila, Casa Dragones is superior crafted Mexican tequila from Jalisco Mexico. The brand is based in San Miguel de Allende and was named in honor of the town’s cavalry which helped during the Mexican War of Independence. Casa Dragones offers its original blend, Tequila Casa Dragones Joven, as well as Dragones Blanco tequila (released 2014), and a barrel blend launched in June 2020. Tequila Casa Dragones Barrel Blend is anjeo tequila matured in a combination of two custom wood barrels made from French oak and American oak. This ultra-select tequila brand was named one of the “Best Spirits and Cocktails of 2019” by Forbes and has received additional acclaim from various other magazines and celebrities, including Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres.
