Rabbit Hole

Rabbit Hole was founded in 2012 by Kaveh Zamanian, an Iranian-born Ph.D. psychologist. Kaveh grew up in Southern California before moving to Chicago, where he met his wife Heather, a Louisville native with a passion for bourbon. After finding monotony in the Bourbon landscape, Kaveh Zamanian entrenched himself in the work and study of Bourbon in the pursuit of starting his own distillery. A place where he could create new, modern whiskeys that challenge the status quo and offer a new vision of what an authentic whiskey can be. When Kaveh told his wife about his desire to move to Louisville and launch his own Bourbon brand, Heather challenged him to finish this project and told him that he was taking the family down a rabbit hole from which they could never return. He risked it all to create Rabbit Hole; true, original, one-of-a-kind bourbon.
