Established in 2020, Teremana is a premium tequila born from the passion of international superstar Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. Created in a small town in the highlands of Jalisco, Dwayne Johnson worked with a Mexican family-owned distillery to build the Destilería Teremana de Agave to craft an award winning tequila. With three expressions - a blanco, reposado, and an añejo - Teremana loosely translates as 'spirit of the earth,' from the Latin word 'terra,' meaning earth, and the Polynesian word 'mana,' meaning spirit. Made from fully mature, naturally sweet agave slow roasted in small traditional brick ovens and distilled in handmade copper pot stills, Teremana has been coined, 'the tequila of the people.'
