Sweetens Cove Spirits' story begins on the greens of a favored golf course called Sweetens Cove, located in the Sequatachi Valley of Tennessee. Founded by partners Andy Roddick and American football legend Peyton Manning, along with four other close friends, the brand was launched in 2019 and released its first iteration in 2020 with just 14,000 bottles made available to select US states. With the expertise of Marianne Eaves, Kentucky's first female master distiller since prohibition, this relative new-comer to the world of whiskey has raked in multiple awards for its line-up - including winning double gold at the 2022 New York International Spirits Competition for Sweetens Cove "Kennessee"; a combination of select Kentucky and Tennessee sourced bourbons refined and finished in toasted sugar maple wood casks. Sweetens Cove is now available throughout several states in the US including Texas, Louisiana, and Kentucky, and continues to catch the eye (and palate!) of collectors and enthusiasts from coast to coast.
