Founded in 2013 by a group of renowned entrepreneurs, the Milk & Honey Distillery is Israel's first and largest single malt whisky distillery. M&H Distillery, as it is otherwise known, built up its reputation through the talents and expertise of renowned whisky expert Dr. James Swan before his passing in 2017.
