Founded officially by the Calls and Steve Groth, along with the help of eight-generation Master Distiller Jacob (Call), Hemingway Whiskey aims to author new and legitimate whiskey bottlings of utmost quality and collectability. Launched as part of the Jacob Call's Western Kentucky Distilling Co. under Old Man and the Sea Brands, Hemingway Whiskey currently offers two unique iterations; the Hemingway First Edition Rye and the 2023 Hemingway Signature Edition Rye - each featuring a blend of rye whiskeys finished in rum-seasoned ex-Oloroso sherry casks.
