Wine Of The Sea

Wine of the Sea is not just wine; it’s an odyssey. An expedition that begins on the sun-kissed shores, winds its way through the mysterious ocean depths, dances with the currents, and concludes gracefully in your glass. Wine Of The Sea was inspired by Marko Dušević, a Croatian wine enthusiast who owns and operates a mussel and oyster farm on the island of Pag in the Adriatic. Wine Of The Sea was born when one day, not wanting to drag wine bottles from his mussel farm back home, Marko sunk them in the sea. After forgetting about them for several months, he found them whilst diving for some mussels. He was amazed by the sight – he held in his hand a bottle that was encrusted and covered in beautiful corals. He decided to share his discovery with the world, submerging wines underwater for several months and adopting a unique coral bottle design.
