Barr Hill Gin is made only using two botanicals - juniper and raw honey! It's a subtly sweet gin, almost Old Tom-like in its flavour profile, with a few floral elements coming through too.Our craft distillery is located in Caledonia County, Vermont and inspired by the views from atop the Barr Hill Nature Preserve.
