As a matter of fact not awful stuff. I'd drink it a few however I'd preferably something different. Smoke aroma and flavor yet inadequate with regards to much else. Not even the equivalent smokiness as other intensely peated ones simply charcoal aroma and flavor.

From the dark jug (I should state more charming than the sister bottlings) we pour the substance finding a whisky with a dull golden shading with rosy reflections (hi caramel!). The fragrance is what is normal considering the containers utilized: solid nearness of consumed wood vanilla prunes and... coffee. So much coffee. For the individuals who love it the nose of this whisky is extremely scrumptious. What's more the espresso is found on the sense of taste joined by hazelnut despite everything dried plums nectar vanilla all consistently enveloped by consumed wood (even excessively). Not especially mind boggling and advanced the flavors are felt with little conviction lowered by a thought of Islay (and a tad of Caol Ila is felt) that nearly makes you grin. After the beverage there isn't tremendously left: smoke a bit of espresso ... all not extremely dependable and momentary.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Slightly smoky and almost medicinal on the nose, it offers up hints of vanilla, a little tar, a touch of barbecue sauce, citrus and malt.

Taste

Good body and very creamy with a sublimely malty core. It offers up a surprising level of peat smoke which works really well. Creamy sweetness, hints of soft wood smoke, salty butter, custard and cereal grains.

Finish

Good length with notes of malt, boiled sweets, black pepper and cool smoke.
