The aroma rises and writhes with beautiful boughs of baked corn bread drizzled in vanilla bean spice over tones of citrus and honey. The mouth is bathed in more delicate hits of corn, fried corn husks, and smoky notes of baked oak planks all doused in more hits of vanilla and ribbons of wild honey. Splashes of citrus come through along with dashes of baking spice followed by a final bough of herbs wrapped in more vanilla. This whiskey is both delicate and rich with a finish late is lusciously sweet and grounded in a final kiss of warm oak.
