Bottled at 46% ABV (92-proof), this hard-to-find single malt was distilled in 1990 and botted in an estimated three-batch series - from 2006 to 2008. Replaced by Ardbeg's Corryvreckan edition, Airigh Nam Beist remains an explosive peaty dram with layers of sweet cream, smoke, and autumnal fruits. Each batch offers a new exploration of flavor and finish, with a thick layer of peatiness throughout.
