Debuting in 2018, this notable whiskey offers up an aroma of freshly crushed orchard fruits, brewed apple cider, and vanilla. Soon to follow are bright hints of savory sweetness of malt and barley along with shelled nuts. The taste wraps the tongue in wild honeycomb, warmly toasted cinnamon shavings and more vanilla swirling with caramel candied green apples and walnuts. A soft hue of aged oak carries throughout for an earthen expression that grounds this bourbon beautifully.
