The WhistlePig Farm Farmstock Beyond Bonded Straight Rye Whiskey is one of several iterations offered as a continuation of WhistlePig's farm-to-bottle whiskey series. Produced in limited quantities (the 2023 outrun is bottled at 100-proof and derived from just eleven barrels), this heirloom-styled spirit is a bottled-in-bond rye whiskey finished to a varying +50% ABV (+100-proof) - depending on the year released. WhistlePig used the Farm's well water to cut the distillate and harvested and distilled the whiskey in one season on the distillery grounds. WhistlePig Farmstock Beyond Bonded is produced from a mash bill containing 100% Brasseto rye grain and is aged for at least 4 years in #1 charred Vermont oak barrels. Each bottle offered is presented with a QR code that explores more details about the whiskey housed within - including the warehouse, grain field location, and growing conditions.
