This year we're celebrating Yorkshire Day (August 1st) with the next instalment of our annual Filey Bay Special Release - Yorkshire Day 2021. With only 1500 bottles available, Yorkshire Day 2021 was created by marrying some of our oldest and rarest whisky, Oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon casks. The Oloroso sherry casks bring flavours of dried fruit and sweet spices to our light and fruity bourbon matured house style. Like Yorkshire Day 2020, this is bottled at a higher strength and is very rare in comparison to our core range and Filey Bay finished expressions.…
