Featuring maturation in a blend of Spanish oak Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso ex-sherry casks, this release frames the art of full cask maturation. The nose swirls with the aromas of dark sugar, coconut, sherry, leather, and chocolate. A sip and rivers of minerals, honey, chocolate, and blackberries collide into a perfect finish rife with spice and sea salt brine.
