Reposado Tequila

Another variety of tequila that illustrates the many intricacies of tequila distilling, reposado tequila or 'rested' tequila is aged in oak for between 2 months and 1 year. Smoother and oakier than the fresh, fiery blanco, yet punchier and more pronounced than its older añejo siblings, reposado is the middle child of the tequila family and has become renowned for some of the most complex, considered agave spirits. A stylish addition to any spirit cabinet, lovers of tequila should certainly have a reposado at hand for every occasion.
